How to file a complaint?
 

You can file a complaint about the products you ordered within 2 years from the date of receipt.

Before filing a complaint, assess the condition of the product and make sure that the defects are not the result of improper use or care.

To file a complaint, please refer to the instructions below. 


Complaint about goods by returning them to the online store

 

 

1. Fill out the complaint form.

You can download it here. Fill in all the necessary fields in the form. Describe the defect in detail and indicate its location. Remember to include the product name, brand, model, color, and size (if applicable).


2. Pack the product you are returning.

Secure it in such a way that it will not be damaged during transport. Include the completed return form and proof of purchase in the package (this will speed up the verification of your claim).   


3. Send the package.

You can send the package to us in two ways:

- Free shipping via DPD courier:

Contact our Customer Service Office to arrange for a courier to pick up the package from you. You can send us an email with your address and contact details for collection. The courier will have a label with them. If you are concerned that you will miss the courier, we can send you a label to print and deliver the package yourself to any DPD Pickup point.

- Ship at your own expense to the following address:
