If the product you purchased is the wrong size or you want to exchange it for a completely different model, please contact our Customer Service Department. An employee will check the availability of the product and make a reservation. Bielska 1124, 43-374 Buczkowice. It is very important to select the “EXCHANGE” option on the form, otherwise the order will be treated as a return and we will refund your money. After receiving the package, we will send the shipment with the agreed goods. We will send the exchanged product in the same way as selected by the customer when placing the order.
